Division Manager-Arkansas Division
A native of Fort Smith, Ed began his career in the oil industry in 1982 when he went to work for Hamilton Oil. He started at Hamilton driving their fuel truck, making oil deliveries and settling collections at various customers and convenience stores. In 1985, Hamilton Oil became Campbell Oil and Ed accepted the position as General Manager. Over the years, he attended various levels of sales and technical training with ExxonMobil Oil, Shell Oil, Citgo, BP/Castrol and Quaker Chemical. In 1992, Ed joined B&M Oil and was one of the original persons tasked with opening the Fort Smith location. He served as the Assistant Manager until 2010, when he was appointed the Division Manager. He is a member of STLE (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers).
After 35 years of service to our country, Ed retired from the Army Reserves in 2011 at the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He served in Operation Desert Storm during 1990–1991 and in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003–2005. In 2010–2011 he was the first non-commissioned officer to serve on the Pentagon’s Army Logistic Board of Directors. Ed and his wife, Jolene, raised their 3 children in Fort Smith and continue to be a part of the metropolitan community.
